A Taste of Italy – Cooking class in music!
Learn the secrets of simple, authentic Italian cooking with internationally-acclaimed classical pianist/composer and food lover Cristiana Pegoraro. Italian food doesn’t have to be expensive or difficult to prepare. Learn how to cook a full meal, from appetizer to Tiramisu, while Cristiana takes you around her home country, illustrating traditions and history through interesting stories and anecdotes, as well as stimulating discussion about the Italian music that will accompany the cooking. Tour Italy without leaving your classroom! After the cooking is complete, enjoy a sit-down taste of the different dishes.
